How to Connect with your Angels

The angels are all around us in our everyday lives! Oftentimes I am asked how you can connect with your angels to feel their presence.

Our Angels surround us and they wish to help us with what we are in need of or what we ask for. But in order to do so, we need to ask for their assistance as they cannot violate our free will. Speak with them as you would a friend, someone you trust.

Answers to our calls for help come in many forms. Sometimes there is a direct intervention by the angels. Other times we feel a nudge to go in a particular direction and in doing so our requests are answered.  These nudges might be feelings, ideas, dreams or signs.

For me the two most frequent signs I receive from the angels are white feathers that I find inside an office building or coins. I remember an incident a few years back when I was having an especially difficult time at my day job and during my commute home, driving on the freeway, I began by yelling at my angels feeling frustrated and alone. I gradually moved to a calmer conversation with them and as I exited the freeway I asked for a sign that they had heard my request for help. I pulled into a gas station to fill up my car with gas, and as I walked to the gas pump I looked down and there were at least 20 pennies scattered on the ground. They were yelling at me that yes they had heard me and no worries!

There is no secret formula for connecting to your angels. An open heart and a belief that they surround you is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
